TMC-20019: Partial Multicycle Assignment
Description
Violations of this rule identify setup multicycle assignments without a corresponding hold multicycle assignment or a corresponding hold-only false path assignment, or hold multicycle assignments without a corresponding setup multicycle assignment or a corresponding setup-only false path assignment.
Recommendation
Add the missing corresponding multicycle assignment or the false path assignment.
