Save to Data Log/Enable Data Log Commands (Edit Menu)

You access these commands by clicking Edit > Save to Data Log or Edit > Enable Data Log.

Save to Data Log command:

Saves the signal setup, capture settings, trigger conditions, and data from the last acquisition in the .stp file and displays the saved configuration in the Data Log pane. Use this command to save a single capture.

Enable Data Log command:

Saves debug configuration (signal setup, capture settings, trigger conditions) an data log for all acquisitions.

Note: As a best practice, save only meaningful captures.
