Create Top-Level Design File

Opens the Create Top-Level Design File dialog box, which allows you to generate a new top-level design file based on the node assignments you set up in the Set Up Top-Level Design File window.

Important: Important: If you have a project open, the file you specify becomes the top-level design file for the project.
