Enable Error Detection CRC_ERROR pin

Note: Available for Intel^® Arria^® 10 and Intel^® Cyclone^® 10 GX devices.

If turned on, enables error detection CRC and CRC_ERROR pin usage for the targeted device. This check determines the validity of the programming data in the device. Any changes in the data while the device is in operation generates an error.
