Create New Logic Lock Region Command (Shortcut Menu)

You access this command by right-clicking an entity in the Hierarchy tab in the Project Navigator, and selecting Logic Lock Region > Create New Logic Lock Region.

Allows you to create a Logic Lock Region Definition containing the selected entity in the Project Navigator.
