CAUSE: The specified RAM uses the Error Correction Coding (ECC) feature, but it can't be configured in the 512x32 simple dual-port RAM mode. When using the ECC feature, the specified RAM must have a memory depth of no more than 512 and a data width of no more than x32 for the simple dual-port RAM mode. Additionally, the specified RAM does not support mixed-width port configuration.

ACTION: Check your design and make sure that the specified RAM can be configured in 512x32 simple dual-port RAM mode. Otherwise, disable the ECC feature.
