Auto Turbo Bit logic option Definition

A logic option that controls the speed vs. power usage trade-off for a macrocell. If the Turbo Bit is on, the macrocell's speed increases; if it is off, its power consumption decreases; if you choose the Auto setting, the Compiler chooses the most appropriate setting for the design.
