TMC-20051: RAM Control Signals Driven by High Fan-Out Net

Description

RAM control signals (address/Read Enable/Write Enable) were driven by a net with fan-out more than a threshold (default 2000), which is a parameter that you can configure.

Recommendation

Remove high fan-out nets driving RAM control signals.
