ID:176228 Can't pack node <name> and I/O node <name> -- I/O node is a dedicated I/O pin

CAUSE: You turned on the Auto Packed Registers logic option, and turned on the Fast Input Register , Fast Output Register , and/or Fast Output Enable Register logic options for the specified nodes. The specified node can also be a PLL compensated pin in source synchronous mode. However the Fitter cannot pack the nodes into an I/O cell because the I/O cell cannot support register packing for external registers. The I/O cell might be a dedicated I/O pin, such as an LVDS, phase-locked loop (PLL), or global clock I/O pin. If it is a dedicated pin, register packing cannot be performed on the I/O pin.

ACTION: If you don't want the Fitter to pack the nodes, no action is required. Otherwise, make sure that the I/O pin is not a dedicated I/O pin in the design file.
