ID:176156 Differential I/O pins <name> and <name> are driven by SERDES transmitter <name> with a <number> Mbps differential I/O data rate, but the specified differential I/O pins require the <name> assignment to indicate that an external receiver is using the DPA to support the specified rate

CAUSE: The specified SERDES transmitter is driving the specified differential I/O with the specified data rate. However, the specified Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) assignment is required to indicate that an external receiver is using the DPA to support the specified differential I/O data rate.

ACTION: Modify the design so that the differential I/O data rate is less than or equal to the specified maximum differential I/O data rate for non-DPA channels of the target device. If the SERDES transmitter is sending data to an external receiver using DPA, add the specified Quartus Prime Settings File assignment in the Assignment Editor to the specified differential I/O pins.
