ID:15528 PLL "<name>" has settings that can result in high compensation variability when operating in a military temperature range

CAUSE: You instantiated a phase-locked loop (PLL) with settings that can result in high compensation variability when operating the device in a military temperature range. You also specified either a Low temperature or High temperature in the military temperature on the Temperature page.

ACTION: Increase the bandwidth for the specified PLL (for example, use medium or high bandwidth). Intel recommends that careful thermal analysis and power management be required for device military temperature operation. System testing should be performed at extreme operating temperature points (low and high). Please refer to the following link for more information: http://www.altera.com/products/devices/military/mil-temp.html. If military temperature operation is not required, change the specified Low temperature or High temperature on the Temperature page.
