ID:210098 Active Serial/Parallel mode CONF_DONE pin error check is disabled

CAUSE: The Active Serial/Parallel mode CONF_DONE pin error check may be disabled by any of the following situations:

• The check is disabled in the Convert Programming Files - Advanced Options dialog box
• Bitstream compression is being used
• The check is disabled by a variable in the quartus.ini file
