ID:19702 Fitter has implemented the following <number> RAMs using MLAB locations, which can behave differently during power up than dedicated RAM locations

CAUSE: The Fitter has implemented the RAMs listed in the submessages using MLAB cells, and you did not specify if these RAMs require equivalent power up behavior. For some RAM configurations, MLAB cells power up to a different default value than the dedicated memory locations.

ACTION: Use the Equivalent RAM and MLAB Power Up assignment to specify whether you care about equivalent power up conditions for each RAM in your design. Specifying that you care about power up conditions for a RAM will ensure that the RAM will be implemented using only MLAB cells if its power up conditions match that of a block RAM implementation. Specifying that you don't care about power up conditions allows the Fitter to implement the RAM using MLAB cells despite possible differences in power up conditions.
