ID:19942 The following clock trees are routing to a region that overlaps the failing signal. To reduce congestion try disabling promotion or providing clock region constraints for clocks in this region.

CAUSE: Failure to route a global signal is typically caused by congestion for global routing resources. Since the signals listed as sub-messages to this message are routed to an area that overlaps the failing signal, they are competing for some of the same global routing resources.

ACTION: Review whether any of these competing signals can be moved to a region that does not overlap with the failing signal. If so, apply a Clock Region constraint on the signal source, or a Place Region constraint on the complete fan-out of that signal, to change where the clock tree will be routed. Alternatively, if any of the competing signals do not need to be promoted, apply a Global Signal assignment of Off to that source.
