ID:13041 Illegal configuration of the I/O primitive instance "<name>"
CAUSE: The specified instance of an I/O Primitive is used in an illegal configuration. This error can occur when the ports of the primitive are not properly connected. The ports should be connected according to the following rules:
ALT_INBUF/ALT_INBUF_DIFF
ALT_OUTBUF/ALT_OUTBUF_DIFF
ALT_OUTBUF_TRI/ALT_OUTBUF_TRI_DIFF
ALT_IOBUF/ALT_IOBUF_DIFF
ALT_BIDIR_DIFF
ALT_BIDIR_BUF
