ID:176263 Illegal location assignment -- I/O cells in device do not have registers

CAUSE: You assigned a logic cell node to an I/O location. However, the Fitter cannot honor the location assignment because I/O cells in the current device family do not have registers. Refer to the message that appears above this message in the Messages window or the Messages section of the Report window for more information on the node with the illegal location assignment.

ACTION: Include at least one LAB in the location assignment for the Fitter to place the logic cell, remove the location assignment from the logic cell, or use a device from a family in which the I/O cells have registers.
