ID:176313 Can't place pin "<name>" at assigned pin location <name> (<name>) because location is a dedicated GXB receiver input pin location but pin "<name>" does not feed the datain input port of a GXB receiver

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the pin at the specified location because the location is a gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver dedicated input pin location and the specified pin does not feed the datain input port of a GXB receiver. This error occurs when the design source has the specified pin driving the datain input port of a GXB receiver, and the GXB receiver does not have any outputs that affect the output pins of the design. The GXB receiver is minimized away by the Compiler, leaving the specified pin not feeding the datain input port of a GXB receiver.

ACTION: Delete the pin assignment or make sure the specified pin feeds the datain input port a GXB receiver.
