ID:181026 Insufficient <dqs_group_desc> DQS I/O Group locations available to place <dqs_group>

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place some of the DQS I/O Groups in your design. This message may appear because pins in a DQS I/O group are constrained to I/O locations that cannot be driven by a DQS bus in the appropriate bus mode. This message may also appear because your design uses too many DQS I/O groups for the specified device, or some unoccupied DQS I/O groups are unavailable. Common reasons why an unoccupied DQS I/O group cannot be used include: incompatible region constraints made to a DQS I/O or DQ I/Os, incompatible voltage standard applied to other pins in the bank of the DQS I/O group location, pins in DQS I/O group locations are occupied by other design pins.

ACTION: Examine location constraints applied to pins in the DQS I/O group and ensure that they correspond to valid locations for a DQS I/O group in the specified mode. If modifying these constraints does not resolve this issue, check for conflicts with other pins your design.
