ID:14142 PLL "<name>" must use <inclk0 or inclk1> port because it is specified in PRIMARY_CLOCK parameter

CAUSE: The specified PLL does not use the specified inclk0 or inclk1 port. The inclk0 or inclk1 port must used because it is specified in the PRIMARY_CLOCK parameter. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Locate the source of the message to determine which megafunction parameter is causing the error, and add the specified inclk0 or inclk1 port to the PLL in the design file. If you do not specify a time unit or frequency unit, Analysis & Synthesis uses the ps (picoseconds) time unit. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
