Divide Error Check Frequency By

Note: Available for Intel^® Arria^® 10 and Intel^® Cyclone^® 10 GX devices.

Specifies the divide value of the internal clock, which determines the frequency of the CRC. The divide value is a power of two in the range of 1 to 256. The default value is 2.
