Keep Synchronous Clear/Preset Behavior for DDIO Input When Unmap I/O WYSIWYG Primitives logic option

A logic option that directs Analysis & Synthesis to maintain the same synchronous clear/preset behavior for DDIO inputs when unmapping I/O WYSIWYG primitives from one device family to a new target device family. If this option is turned off, Analysis & Synthesis uses the DDIO inputs for the new target family, which may cause slightly different behavior of the WYSIWYG primitives than in the original target device.
