ID:19014 Pin "<name>" has no register for Power-Up Level option

CAUSE: You set the Power-Up Level option to High for the specified input, output, or bidirectional pin; however, Analysis & Synthesis could not find an I/O register associated with the pin. This option only functions correctly when it is assigned to an input pin that drives the data input of an I/O register, or to an output or bidirectional pin driven by an I/O register.

ACTION: If you want to use the Power-Up Level option, remove any extra logic between the specified pin and its register, other than optional TRI or OPNDRN buffers. If you do not need to use the Power-Up Level option, delete the option to avoid receiving this message in the future.
