ID:176582 Changed the compensation clock parameter for PLL "<name>" to <type> instead of <type> -- clock outputs that do not use the same clock type may not be fully compensated

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified PLL in a location that compensates for the specified clock type. As a result, the Fitter resets the compensation clock parameter to the new setting. Clock outputs of the PLL that do not use the same clock type may not be fully compensated, and timing analysis results may be inaccurate.

ACTION: Change the compensation clock parameter of the PLL, choose a different location for the PLL, or remove the compensation clock parameter of the PLL.
