ID:176088 DPA-mode SERDES groups driven by different PLLs don't have a buffer row separating them. The DPA channels driven by the fast PLL <name> have Y-range=(<number>-<number>). Those driven by the fast PLL <name> have Y-range=(<number>-<number>), both on the <name> side.

CAUSE: The Fitter tried to place the specified fast PLLs in the specified locations. However, the fast PLLs drive DPA-mode SERDES, a group without a buffer row between them. As a result, the Fitter could not place the specified fast PLLs. For the frequency at which the PLLs operate, the separation of a buffer row between the DPA-mode SERDES groups is recommended to avoid any noise mixing.

ACTION: Modify design so the specified DPA-mode SERDES groups driven by different PLLs have at least one buffer row -- and at least one unused SERDES -- location) between them.
