ID:176251 Ignoring some wildcard destinations of fast I/O register assignments

CAUSE: You turned on the Fast Input Register , the Fast Output Register , and/or the Fast Output Enable Register options and used a wildcard to specify the destination nodes. Some of the designated nodes cannot be packed by the Fitter as fast I/O registers. The Fitter considers fast I/O register assignments only for nodes that are registers with a direct connection to I/Os or nodes that are I/Os that have a direct connection to registers. For more information, refer to the submessages.

ACTION: Modify the wildcard assignment or assignments to target only destination nodes that are registers with a direct connection to I/Os or nodes that are I/Os and have a direct connection to registers.
