CAUSE: The Fitter is reporting that the specified fast PLL has the specified differential I/O standard, while the other specified fast PLL has the specified differential I/O standard.

ACTION: No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, modify the design so that the two fast PLLs have the same differential I/O standard, or use the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager and turn off Use Common PLLs for Rx and Tx.
