ID:170136 Design uses Placement Effort Multiplier = <multiplier>. Using a Placement Effort Multiplier > 1.0 can increase processing time, especially when used during a second or third fitting attempt.

CAUSE: The Fitter has engaged in a second or third fitting attempt, which automatically increases the optimization effort applied to fit the design. This can result in longer processing time. You have specified a Placement Effort Multiplier which is greater than 1.0; this can also increase optimization effort and processing time. If processing time becomes excessively large, you should consider reducing the value of the Placement Effort Multiplier setting.

ACTION: No action is required. If this additional processing time is undesirable, stop the compilation and reduce the Placement Effort Multiplier. The default value for the Placement Effort Multiplier is 1.0. You can also use the Limit to One Fitting Attempt and Fit Attempts to Skip settings for future compilations. You can use the Limit to One Fitting Attempt setting to restrict the Fitter to exactly one fitting attempt (Available in the Fitter Settings Menu). The Fit Attempts to Skip setting causes the Fitter to skip earlier fitting attempts that are not expected to succeed (Available in the Fitter Settings, More Settings) Menu.
