CAUSE: The specified DSP block output WYSIWYG primitive is not using saturation at all possible stages. When a WYSIWYG DSP block output primitive is part of an output adder chain that uses saturation, it should saturate after the second level adder and after the chain adder.

ACTION: Disconnect the specified DSP block output WYSIWYG primitive from the adder chain, or connect the specified port to VCC or to a dynamic signal.
