ID:125001 Cannot open file <name>

CAUSE: The Intel Quartus Prime software cannot open the specified file. This message can occur in one of the following conditions:

• You mentioned the file or path name incorrectly.
• File name does not have the required extension.
• The file does not exist.
• Available disk space and memory are insufficient to open the file for reading.
• An I/O error occurred when the Intel Quartus Prime software tried to open the file.
• You do not have permission to read the file.

ACTION: Ensure the following:

• The file exists.
• You have named the file correctly.
• You have enough disk space and memory to open the file.
• The disk is not corrupted.
• You have permission to read the file.
