ID:125000 File <name> is read-only

CAUSE: You attempted to edit the specified file, or you attempted to change a setting in the Intel Quartus Prime software, however one of the following situations exists:

The specified file is in use by another user.
The project and its files may be designated as read-only.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box. You can save the file with a new file name or in a different directory. If the Quartus Prime Project file (.qpf), are read-only, you cannot edit the project.
