ID:291012 Can't save new license file to "<name>"

CAUSE: You attempted to save the new license file to the specified directory, but the Quartus Prime software cannot save the new license file to the specified path. A possible reason for this occurrence is you specify an illegal directory or path name, you do not have permission to write to the specified directory, or a file or directory with the same name already exists.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then specify a unique directory name or path name and make sure that you have the permission to write to the directory.
