ID:11217 Node "<name>" has no location constraint.

CAUSE: The specified node is not constrained to a location. This message is informational only, and is intended to help diagnose and resolve fitting problems when location constraints are a source of those problems. Direct sources of location constraints include location constraints or Logic Lock region assignments. Indirect sources of location constraints include explicit or inferred global signal assignments to clocks or other control signals, regional clock pin placement, LVDS channel placement, and phase-locked loop (PLL) placement decisions.

ACTION: See prior messages for a description of the fitting problems. To resolve those problems, you may have to remove or relax location constraints on related nodes.
