ID:170014 Design requires <number> LABs, but device contains only <number> LABs -- attempting to pack register-only logic cells with combinational logic cells

CAUSE: The design requires the specified number of LABs, but the target device contains only the specified number of LABs. In order to reduce the number of LABs required, the Fitter tried to pack register-only logic cells with combinational logic cells. This may make the design more difficult to route and reduce its f_MAX .

ACTION: No action is required. If you do not want the Fitter to pack register-only logic cells with combinational logic cells, either select a larger device or reduce the amount of logic in the design.
