ID:13082 Following WYSIWYG I/O primitives are not properly connected to top level pins

CAUSE: The WYSIWYG I/O primitives listed in the submessage(s) of this message are not properly connected to top-level design pins at their padio ports. Each primitive should be connected to one and only one top-level design pin at its padio port, and one top-level design pin can be connected to at most one such primitive at its padio port. This error can occur if for example, you instantiated an LPM I/O but forgot to connect it to the top level design pin; or used one top design pin to drive multiple WYSIWYG I/O primitives in the instantiated I/O megafunction.
