ID:140121 The Import options specified require that the design be elaborated
CAUSE: To Import assignments without elaboration the following conditions must be met:
- A file name must be specified
- Non-Logic lock assignments must be enabled
- Instance filter, LogicLock and Promotion must be disabled
ACTION: Set the assignments as indicated, or perform Analysis and Elaboration.
