ID:176089 DPA-mode SERDES groups driven by different PLLs don't have a buffer row separating them. The DPA channels driven by the fast PLL <name> have Y-range=(<number>-<number>). Those driven by fast PLL <name> have Y-range=(<number>-<number>) -- both on the <name> side

CAUSE: The Fitter tried to place the specified fast PLLs in the specified locations. However, the fast PLLs drive DPA-mode SERDES, a group that does not have a buffer row between them. As a result, the Fitter could not place the specified fast PLLs. For the frequency that the PLLs operate, the separation of a buffer row between the DPA-mode SERDES groups is recommended to avoid any noise mixing.

ACTION: Modify the design so the specified DPA-mode SERDES groups driven by different PLLs have at least one buffer row (and at least one unused SERDES location) between them.
