ID:176072 Can't place one or more fast PLLs -- there are more than two fast PLLs that drive more than <number> DPA channels (the maximum number of DPA channels a PLL can drive per bank). However, only two PLL locations (one center PLL location on each side of the device) can drive more than that by feeding DPA channels in both the top and bottom quadrants.

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place one or more fast PLLs that use more dynamic phase alignment (DPA) channels than the maximum number specified because both center PLLs are already used by fast PLLs that drive more than the maximum number of DPA channels allowed to be driven by a PLL per bank. A design can have only two fast PLLs that exceed this limit. This message is a submessage of the message that precedes it in the Messages window and in the Messages section of the Report window.

ACTION: Modify the design so that the number of DPA channels driven by the fast PLL(s) is fewer than the specified limit, which will allow the Fitter to utilize corner PLLs on the device. If corner PLLs do not exist on the device, choose a device that has corner PLLs.
