ID:176041 Can't place memory block type <type> with operation mode <name> and mixed data widths of <number> bits for read port and <number> bits for write port

CAUSE: You manually edited a design file and specified a memory block type with the specified operation mode and the specified mixed data widths for the read and write ports. The Fitter cannot place the memory block because the mixed read and write data width ratio is not legal for the memory block type.

ACTION: Change the read and write data widths to a legal ratio or change the memory block type to one that can support the mixed data width ratio. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using only the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to edit a RAM megafunction, rather than manually editing the design file for the megafunction.
