ID:15097 Can't implement PLL "<name>" of type <name> -- current design requires different PLL type

CAUSE: You set the specified PLL of the specified type. However, the Compiler cannot implement the PLL type with the current design. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Specify a PLL that can be used with the current design. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager.
