CAUSE: The scanclk port of the specified enhanced PLL is disconnected or is driven by GND or V_CC . If you use the scandata port or the scandataout port for the serial scan chain loading interface, the scanclk port of the enhanced PLL must be driven by a signal. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Modify the design so that the scanclk port is driven by a signal. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager.
