CAUSE: The specified atom has a clock port that is either disconnected or is connected to V_CC or GND; however, the clock port must be connected to a legal pin or logic cell. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .
