ID:179008 Could not find enough available I/O pin locations that can be configured to use a <name> voltage of <name>

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified I/O pin because it could not find enough available I/O pin locations that could be configured to use the specified V_CC or V_REF voltage. This error might occur if other I/O pins in the same bank require a different voltage.

ACTION: Check the I/O standard assignments made by other pins in the design and bank. Make sure that you have not made conflicting I/O standard assignments to pins that have been constrained to a particular bank (for example, using I/O standards with different V_CC requirements constrained to the same bank).
