ID:14141 PLL "<name>" has illegal or non-numeric value <text> for <name> parameter

CAUSE: The specified PLL has the specified illegal or non-numeric value for the INCLK0_INPUT_FREQUENCY or INCLK1_INPUT_FREQUENCY parameter. The parameter value must be a legal number. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Locate the source of the message to determine which megafunction parameter is causing the error and specify a legal numeric parameter value. You can also add a time unit or frequency unit to the number. If you do not specify a time unit or frequency unit, Analysis & Synthesis uses the ps (picoseconds) time unit. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
