ID:14203 WYSIWYG GXB receiver channel primitive "<name>" has illegal value for CRUCLK_MULTIPLIER parameter -- value must be 4 or 5 when the USE_CRUCLK_DIVIDER parameter is turned on

CAUSE: The specified WYSIWYG gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel primitive has an illegal value for the USE_CRUCLK_DIVIDER parameter. The CRUCLK_MULTIPLIER parameter must be set to 4 or 5 when the USE_CRUCLK_DIVIDER parameter is turned on (that is, when it is set to TRUE).
