ID:14283 WYSIWYG <name> primitive "<name>" for <name> device family cannot be converted to WYSIWYG <name> primitive for <name> target device family because operating input frequency of <text> is outside range of supported frequencies

CAUSE: The specified WYSIWYG primitive of the specified type, which was originally created for the specified device family, has a value specified for the INPUT_FREQUENCY parameter that is not supported in the target device family. As a result, Analysis & Synthesis can't convert the WYSIWYG primitive to a WYSIWYG primitive that is supported for the target device family. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Locate the source of the message and specify a legal parameter value. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
