ID:20085 The parameter "<parameter value>" of DSP block WYSIWYG primitive "<atom name>" should be set to "no_reg" when port <port name> is a constant value or disconnected.

CAUSE: The specified DSP block WYSIWYG primitive has an input or pipeline register used when the signal is constant. An ACLR signal to the DSP clears all registers in the register group, which may cause unintentional clearing of the constant values. Additionally, this setting might prevent maximum DSP performance.

ACTION: Change the specified parameter value to "NONE" to disable the violating register in the specified DSP WYSIWYG primitive. If this WYSIWYG primitive was created by Intel or a third-party IP, regenerate the IP in the current software version or contact your IP vendor.
