ID:127007 Memory Initialization File or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File "<name>" contains "don't care" values -- overwriting them with 0s

CAUSE: There are "don't care" values in the specified Memory Initialization File (.mif) or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex) for a RAM. The Quartus Prime software does not support "don't care" values in Memory Initialization Files or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Files for RAM blocks, and is therefore overwriting these values with 0s.

ACTION: No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, specify values other than "don't care" values in the Memory Initialization File or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File.
