ID:202004 Cannot generate greybox netlist output files because licenses for generating greybox netlist are not available

CAUSE: The encrypted cores do not allow the generation of a greybox netlist and licenses for generating greybox netlist are not available. As a result, the Quartus Prime software cannot generate greybox netlist output files.

ACTION: Get the proper license to generate the netlist output file.
