ID:176025 Can't place memory block <name> in memory block type <type>

CAUSE: You specified a memory block for the design by manually editing a text file. However, the Fitter cannot place the specified memory block in the specified memory block type.

ACTION: Change the memory block to fit the memory block type or change the memory block type to one that fits the memory block. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using only the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to edit a RAM megafunction, rather than manually editing the design file for the megafunction. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details about why the Quartus Prime software did not place the memory block.
