Power Toggle Rate logic option

Specifies the toggle rate that the Power Analyzer uses for signals that the specified node or entity generate, in transitions per second. The toggle rate must be a positive number.

Specify the expected time-averaged toggle rate, rather than worst-case, that is, highest possible, toggle rate. This option is available for all Intel devices that the Intel^® Quartus^® Prime software supports.

To specify the frequency at which a pin toggles, use the I/O Maximum Toggle Rate logic option. To configure the data rates that the Timing Analyzer uses to report metastability, use the Synchronizer Toggle Rate logic option.
